There is a full price reservation fee for missed appointments without a 24 hour notice. If your schedule is hectic or you are NOT sure if you can keep your appointment, then you can schedule it on the day (if availability schedule permits).

Private yoga success story
Long hours, combined with a serious sporting injury, had left Paul tight, tense and with poor posture. As a self-employed business owner, he works 8-15 hours per day and wanted to try yoga as part of his rehab.
Embarking on a 10 week yoga program in March 2011, Paul’s aim was to restore his damaged quadriceps, hamstrings and hip fascia and a detached Sartorius muscle. After 10 weeks Paul’s flexibility and overall fitness have greatly improved. In addition Paul’s physio noticed an immense improvement in his all round strength and flexibility, as did his softball team! In addition, the programme improved Paul’s emotional well-being and helped calm his ever-busy mind.
Paul was so pleased with the results, he embarked on another 10 week program to maintain his fitness for the softball season and support his training for a triathlon.
After practising yoga once a week for 5 months Paul has a greater understanding of yoga and the improved benefits it can deliver.
If you are new to yoga this option is ideal for you. Group classes can be confusing and too fast to follow. In my private yoga sessions you will receive all necessary attention. All questions are answered in the process.
Private Yoga is also beneficial for regular students as it will deepen their existing practice.
In private classes every single asana is professionally aligned and explained in great detail. This way you will learn how to practice in a safe and pain-free way and how to prevent injuries.
